Here is the schedule for the projects that are taking place. Many are Bond Projects and many are Water Conservation Grant Project. We appreciate the community and support. Paving of Parking Lots and Play Areas Start Date: June 11, 2025 Completion Date: July 17, 2025 Scope: Demolition of existing concrete Pulverizing and grading of main and back areas Addition of ADA stalls, sidewalks, and curbing Locker Room Renovation – Start Date: June 5, 2025 Completion Date: End of August 2025 Scope: Demolition of current locker rooms Installation of new lockers, stalls, fixtures, tile, ceilings, and lighting All work will be fully ADA compliant High School (H.S.) / Primary School (P.S.) / District Office (D.O.) The Primary School held our Second Annual Community Story Time. Our teachers read books and provided activities inspired by the books they read. First Things First attended with information and resources for families and teachers. They provided free books to every child that attended. The Apache County Youth Council provided information on how screen time affects children and gave parents ideas on how to set appropriate limits for children. We are already looking forward to next year’s event! Thank you to our dedicated Primary School Teachers and all who attended the event!

Reunification DRILL This will be the last communication for the drill. Students are currently being released to parents. The drill is going as planned and students will be released at normal times. Thank you

Reunification DRILL UPDATE: Parents/Guardians are currently picking up their students at the front of the dome. If there are any parents who would like to participate in the drill, you can still pick up your student. Please follow the previous instructions. Thank you

Reunification DRILL: RVMS Parents/Guardian: Middle school students have been bussed to the dome. If you would like to volunteer to be a part of the drill and pick up your student, please do the following: 1. Park in the front dome parking lot. 2. Take your drivers license/photo ID to the front table. 3. Request your student and follow further instructions. Thank you for your support and patience during this drill.

RVMS is currently conducting a schoolwide reunification safety DRILL. Students will be bussed from the middle school to the dome at this time. The RV Police Dept is involved in our safety DRILL, and police officers will be present. There will be follow up communication with instructions, as to where to go and what time to pick up your students, sent to parents who are available and would like to participate in the drill. For those students whose parents will not be available to pick them up, they will be bussed home from the dome at the regular dismissal time. During the time of the drill RVUSD may send more practice communication to parents to ensure we are completing a comprehensive practice drill. We appreciate your patience as we complete this safety drill. 

*ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR 2024-2025 IS UNDERWAY* Please complete the registration for your child at your earliest convenience. All students need to be registered for next school year before this school year ends. Parents must register their student for school every school year before they can begin school. We ask that you complete and submit the registration as soon as possible. If you know your student will not be returning with us for the upcoming school year, please notify your child's school so we will know not to expect you. *Don't forget* As one school year ends, another soon begins. When school starts again, schedules will not be handed out to students who have not yet completed their online registration. Get your student registered for next year today!

Online registration/enrollment for the upcoming school year is now open! Parents must register their student(s) every year, before the new school year begins. It is helpful to us if you submit your registration before this current school year ends. Using your Parent Portal, please submit the online registration as soon as possible. If you know your student will not be returning with us for the upcoming school year, please notify your child's school so we will know not to expect them. Once scheduling has been completed for the new school year, schedules will not be given out to those students who have not yet completed the online registration process. Log into your PowerSchool Parent Portal now to access the Registration. Thank you
