Fee: $20 (includes tshirt), Parents may pre-order a t-shirt at registration ($10 a shirt)
K-4th grade will practice Wednesdays only 4:30-5:30pm,
5th grade and up will practice Tuesdays and Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm.

or from your Primary Care Physician. If your child was absent when the elementary & middle school had the FLU clinic,
you may contact one of these to get the vaccination.

You also can go to the post office and get one there and fill it out and mail it in.
