Round Valley Middle School

All students must register for the new school year.
Registration/Enrollment will be held at the Middle School on August 4, 2015. Registration will be held throughout the day. Please come during your designated time if at all possible. We ask that you come prepared with your proof of residency (driver’s license with physical address listed or utility bill are most common) and any current legal documents that affect your student.

A big THANK YOU goes out to SRP for awarding the Round Valley Middle School STEM program an SRP Learning Grant to help pay for the Interactive STEM Science and Math Lab project! Funds will be used to purchase science kits, measuring equipment, hands-on math and science activities, and lab equipment. We are very grateful to SRP for supporting community learning in our schools. Thank you!

RVES registration packets for the 2015-2016 school year have been mailed. 
Packets need to be completed and returned to the RVES office by July 16. 
Please be sure to include PROOF OF RESIDENCY verification in your completed packet. 
Examples include: copy of current utility bill, lease agreement, driver’s license with a physical address (NO PO BOX). 

If you have not received a registration packet in the mail, please call 928-333-6600 or come by the office and pick one up.
We hope to have class lists posted on the front door entrance the week of July 20.

We also encourage you to take advantage of Safeway's ESCRIP program.

You can go to the Apache County Recorder’s page and print the form.
You can go to Arizona's voter registration site and complete the form online. 
You also can go to the post office and get one there and fill it out and mail it in.
