High School registration will be held from 8:00  - 3:00 on the following dates:
August 3rd for Seniors and Jr.
  August 4th for Soph. and Freshmen

“Please bring proof of residency showing your physical address to registration.  Also, keep in mind that some forms require parent and student signature. Registration is not considered complete until all forms have been filled out and signed. If you have student who is new to our district please bring the Birth Certificate and Immunizations as well as proof of residency with you to Registration.”

August 2, 2016 Registration will be as follows:  
                Students Last Name:     
A – H      8:00 – 10:00
I – P       10:00 – 12:00
Q – Z      12:00 – 2:00
All           5:00pm – 7:00pm

August 9, 2016 Open House will be as follows:
5th Grade             12:30 and 5:30
6th Grade             1:00 and 6:00
7th Grade             1:30 and 6:30
8th Grade             2:00 and 7:00

Where- At the Casa Malpais Site, follow the signs
Description- 50 Years as a National Historic Landmark-  Wed-Friday there will be an open house at the site with free self guided tours, activities, etc.  Hiking shoes recommended.  Not handicapped accessible.  Suitable for children.  Call 928-333-5375 or visit casamalpais.org for more information.

You can go to the Apache County Recorder’s page and print the form.
You can go to Arizona's voter registration site and complete the form online. 
You also can go to the post office and get one there and fill it out and mail it in.
