Use the secure SKOOKII payment system to pay fees, dues, or donations to any Round Valley School. You can pay academic or sports fees, pay club or library dues, purchase activity cards, family sports passes and even make tax credit donations.

Sign up on the Skookii registration page

1. You can sign in with Facebook, Google +, or create your own account

2. Select “Parent”

3. Check the “I agree to terms” box and then click “Submit”

4. You will be sent a confirmation email - Click on “Confirm” to activate your account

My Profile

1. At the top right, select your name, then select “my profile”

2. You can choose to be visible to everyone, same grades only, or invisible to the Skookii community

Add Student
*You can make payments for any student by adding their name to your account

1. On the left side of the window, select “My kids” and then on the right, click “Add student”

2. Enter the students name and grade (you do not need to enter the ID #)

3. For the school, type in Round Valley and a list of schools will appear

4. Select the school with the correct name and address from the list (selecting the incorrect school will cause the $ to be sent to the wrong school)

5. Click “Save” at the bottom of the page

6. Repeat steps 1-5 for each student you want in your account

7. Click on your name (top right) and select “Log Out” – Log back in to make a payment

1. Once logged in, on the left, select “Pay Now”

2. If you have multiple students, then select a School from the drop down box at the top of the screen

3. Next select the student from the second drop down box

4. Select a payment category (school or tax credit) then select the appropriate icon for payment

5. Enter in the desired payment amount in the “Amount” box

6. Fill out any detailed information in the “Comments” box about the payment, i.e. specific class/teacher, activity or field trip name

7. Select payment method from the “select payment method” box

8. Enter in payment information

9. Optional, choose your recurring payment schedule

10. Then click, “Submit payment”

11. A receipt will be emailed to you once payment is submitted

*Fees:
There are small fees associated with SKOOKII

• Each ACH transaction is $0.30 plus a 1% charge – a $100 payment would cost $1.30

• Each debit/credit transactions is $0.30 plus a 3% charge – a $100 payment would cost $3.30

These fees are shown on each transaction and on your emailed receipt.
