Multiple projects have been started and are underway! Down below are some of the projects that the Override Bond have already helped us in improving our district. And here are the plans we have going on over the summer!

Middle School

• Gym Floor Replacement 

  • Start Date: May 27, 2025

  • Duration: 4–6 weeks

  • Scope: Complete replacement of the gym floor with new materials.

• Paving of Parking Lots and Play Areas

  • Start Date: June 11, 2025

  • Completion Date: July 17, 2025

  • Scope:

    • Demolition of existing concrete

    • Pulverizing and grading of main and back areas

    • Addition of ADA stalls, sidewalks, and curbing

• Locker Room Renovation – 

  • Start Date: June 5, 2025

  • Completion Date: End of August 2025

  • Scope:

    • Demolition of current locker rooms

    • Installation of new lockers, stalls, fixtures, tile, ceilings, and lighting

    • All work will be fully ADA compliant

High School / Primary School / District Office

• Seal Coating and Restriping of Parking Lots 

  • Start Date: June 2–3, 2025 (coating); June 3–4, 2025 (restriping)

  • Scope:

    • Spray-on seal coating for lots paved in July 2024

    • Restriping of parking stalls, fire lanes, ADA markings, and signage

Bus Barn

• Paving and Striping 

  • Start Date: June 2, 2025

  • Completion Date: June 17, 2025

  • Scope:

    • Pulverizing and grading of bus barn area

    • Paving and striping of stalls
