It shall be the responsibility of the
principal, with the cooperation of assigned counselors, to
assist students in the scheduling of classes.
All students except
graduating seniors in the high school regular program will
be required to enroll in four (4) credit hours of courses
each semester. Graduating seniors will be required to
enroll in a minimum of two (2) credit hours each semester.
Seniors receiving permission to graduated early (end of 1st
semester) will be required to enroll in a minimum of two (2)
credit yours during that first semester. Release time does
not count toward the two credits required.
All students not in the
regular Round Valley High School program wanting to
participate in extracurricular activities associated with
R.V.H.S. will be required to enroll in a minimum of two (2)
credit hours of course work per semester involved.
Any waiver must have the
Superintendent’s approval.
Scheduling of classes will
be made based upon progress toward graduation requirements
normally expected of a student to graduate in a four (4)
year period (8 semesters). Assignment of classes will also
be based on classroom limits based on the number of sections
offered and/or class-size guidelines. |
