I was born and raised in Arizona
and have lived in Round Valley for 49 years. I have a
Bachelors Degree in Public Safety Administration and an
Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. Previously I served
on the board for 6 years. I am married and have three
children all of which attended Round Valley schools. I
currently work for the Town of Springerville as the Police
Chief and have done so for 17 years. I have been the Mayor
and a Councilman on the Springerville Town Council, served a
term on the Hospital Board, a Hunters Education teacher,
Concealed Weapons Instructor, and currently serve in a
Governors appointed position on the Northern Arizona
Regional Advisory Council on Homeland Security. My hobbies
include hunting, scuba diving, and wood working. “I love
being on the School Board because you get immediate
gratification when you are working with children, and
watching good policy take effect on the education of those
we serve”.
