The Apache 1930
Student Body

Oh Boy, maybe you think our student body officers haven't helped a lot in keeping up the school spirit and the pep of our "gang". They have had a hard roe of it but have pulled out successfully.
We have had a good and enjoyable year all the way thru with plenty of entertainment.
Along the first of the year we went on a chicken roast up Water Canyon. Nearly all of the students were there and we had a very good time. We went on a picnic to the Lyman Dam and were invited to St. Johns to spend a day visiting their school. We went and were very royally entertained.
The first student body dance was given as the opening dance of the season of high school events. "The Virginian", a real thrilling picture show, was given and the proceeds went to the student body fund. This show was attended and enjoyed by a large crowd.
The studnet body served an elaborate banquet to all the teachers of Northern Arizona during the Teachers Institute which was held here on February 14 and 15.
As a whole, we think our school year has been a great success and we hope that the student body officers next year can do as much for the school as ours have done for us.
