Open Enrollment for Medical, Dental, Vision and Flex - April 10th to May 10th
Time Cards are due on pay day Friday.
Purchase orders must be issued before April 15th each year.
ALL purchases require a Purchase Order BEFORE making the purchase.

Miscellaneous Information

1. Total leave for the fiscal year is accrued at the beginning of the year. If you leave the district and you have used leave not earned at termination, you will owe the district for those days.

2. those employees who earn vacation time must use any vacation above the 80 hours carryover by June 30.

3. Aides, bus drivers, and food service, receive 5 sick days and 2 personal Do not use more than 2 personal days a year. You get paid for Thanksgiving and the day after and Martin Luther Ding.

4. 10 Month Employees Receive:

6. Bus Drivers -- If you leave before 6 months after hire, you will owe the district for fingerprints, physical, CDL, CPR and first aid card. Aides will owe for fingerprints.

7. Open enrollment for Medical insurance, vision, Unum products, medical flex plan will be in May of every year.

Staff Members who complete their agreed-upon contracts but give advance notice to the District of their intent to resign at the end of the contract year will be eligible for incentive pay. Incentive pay will be seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for continuing contract staff members and five hundred dollars ($500.00) for initial/noncontinuing contract staff members for written resignations received on or prior to February 15. Incentive pay will decrease twenty dollars ($20.00) each school day, beginning February 16, and continuing down to Zero dollars ($0.00) for resignations received thereafter. Incentive pay for early resignation will be paid on the employee's final paycheck.

Professional staff members participating in the retirement compensation program (Policy GCQE) shall not be deemed eligible for said early resignation incentive pay.
